Joined Linktree AU as Lead Product Manager to lead the US launch of Linktree Shops

Managed product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization and trade-offs and resourcing. Set milestones and ran standups to keep team on track till launch.

Reviewed end-to-end journey analytics, user feedback to diagnose drop-off points and key issues
Designed end-to-end journey across all touchpoints - website, CRM (emails and notifcations), in-product (app and web) - focused on simplifying UX and providing consistent product education to reduce time-to-adoption
Defined event tracking and analytics dashboards with data scientist - improving visibility across the funnel and enabling optimisation experiments post-launch
Define requirements and managed build of new internal processes required by Creator Partnerships and Operations teams to scale up service to various creator segments efficiently
Partnered with engineers to integrate merchant product catalogs via API to Linktree platform
