    • Joined Linktree AU as Lead Product Manager to lead the US launch of Linktree Shops

    • Led 4 squads across US and AU timezones - spanning Creator Adoption & Analytics, Creator Core Shop Experience, Merchant Catalog Growth and Brand/Creator Connect

    • Collaborated cross-functionally with Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Marketing, Creator Partnerships, CRM and Operations

    • Reported to CEO and CPO

    • Onboarded and handed over to newly-hired US-based PM

  • Goal: Lead US launch of Linktree Shops

    • Managed product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization and trade-offs and resourcing. Set milestones and ran standups to keep team on track till launch.

    • Collaborated closely with Design and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment of priorities

    Goal: Grow creator adoption of Linktree Shops

    • Reviewed end-to-end journey analytics, user feedback to diagnose drop-off points and key issues

    • Designed end-to-end journey across all touchpoints - website, CRM (emails and notifcations), in-product (app and web) - focused on simplifying UX and providing consistent product education to reduce time-to-adoption

    • Defined event tracking and analytics dashboards with data scientist - improving visibility across the funnel and enabling optimisation experiments post-launch

    • Define requirements and managed build of new internal processes required by Creator Partnerships and Operations teams to scale up service to various creator segments efficiently

    • Partnered with engineers to integrate merchant product catalogs via API to Linktree platform

    Goal: Creator-Brand Connection, Creator & Brand Research, Product Strategy

    • Defined research plan for research with creators and brands, to validate key motivations, painpoints and priority needs for creator-brand partnerships

    • Worked with Creator Partnerships, Brand Partnerships, Research and Product Design throughout

    • Synthesised insights across brand and creator research, identified key near-term opportunities for product roadmap, to take into design and testing

    • Developed product strategy, focused on validating viability of a creator-brand offering, and expansion across creator verticals and segments

    • Increased creator adoption rate by 5x in 4 weeks post-launch

    • Scaled merchant product ingestion to over 1.2M products

    • Increased team efficiency and alignment, through implementing Product processes and routines

1) Add Products to your Linktree Shop

  • Creators can link their IG or TT account to add photos or videos directly from their feed.

  • Choose from 1.2M products from brands and retailers, including Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Target, Amazon, Sephora and more.

  • Earn commissions every time a follower makes a purchase via their Shop

2) Create Collections to organize products

  • Creators are able to organize multiple products into Collections, making it easier for their followers to browse and find products they love on a Shop
