Brand-Creator Collaboration Platform

Designed and built a customised brand-creator collaboration platform for a global van-sharing platform to scale up and easily manage end-to-end creator collaborations. This enabled the brand to work with 3x as many creators monthly, with the same team size.

The client relied heavily on creator collaborations for content marketing, and was aiming to scale up their work to support their high-growth period. They needed a platform to create a consistent workflow and visibility across teams to handle creators more effectively.

Diagnosed key problems to address - conducted stakeholder interviews across the business to understand key needs and tasks of the different teams (Marketing, Regional Managers, Finance etc.) in a successful creator collaboration
Defined & prioritized product roadmap - Consolidated all user requirements and feature requests, mapped it against agreed goals, and prioritized with the client based on effort and timeframe
Worked with designer and no-code builder to review key user flows and tasks, product design and UI, ensuring communication and visibility to client throughout the process

Details
Detailed Collaboration Page
Each collaboration has a detailed listing page, which has two different states for both the internal team and the creator. The internal team can edit the content of the listing, view creator applications and shortlist creators. Creators can save the listing or apply to be considered for the collaboration in a single click.
Creators - Explore Listings
Creators can view all listings available, including how many people have applied. They can also further filter through the list via location, listing dates, budget and interest tags. They can they view individual listing and save or apply for them in one click.
Creators - Collab Checklist
Once a creator has been chosen successfully, this checklist provides clear steps throughout the process, including file sharing, deliverable approvals, and payments.
Team - Dashboard
Marketing team is able to create new creator collaboration briefs and view the progress of each in stages: Drafts, Live, Ongoing, Done. This helps provide a quick overview of all collaboration statuses, with access to more detail of a specific collaboration easily.
Team - Manage Creators
The marketing team can see a list of creators who applied for the collaboration, including location, following, stats, and interest areas. Here they are able to ‘match’ selected creators, before finalising the contract to lock them in.
Creators - Profile
Creators upload profiles as a portfolio, they can include their bio, links, select their interest areas and a short gallery. This provides quick access on personal info as well as the projects they’ve previously done.
